General
A standard clean is a quick, basic clean that includes:
• Surface level dusting (most items are not moved, we dust around stuff like books, trinkets, etc.)
• Blind dusting
• Floors (vacuuming and/or mopping)
• Bathrooms (countertops, spot cleaning of exterior cupboards & drawers mirrors, dusting, tub/shower, sink, toilet, floors)
• Kitchen (countertops & backsplashes, inside microwave, spot cleaning of exterior cupboards & drawers, outside of appliances, sink, dishes small loads, floors)
• Mirrors cleaned
• Floors vacuumed and mopped
• Baseboards dusted (on rotation)
A deep clean includes all of the general cleaning plus:
• Baseboards washed (reachable without moving furniture)
• Interior Windows, tracks, blinds, sills
• Interior of Appliance detailing
• Cupboards and drawer exteriors (reachable top to bottom)
• Wiping of light fixtures that are securely in place.
• Furniture dusted and polished (lift all items)
• Blind wiping
• Window sills washed
• Dish washing (full)
• Laundry
• Ceiling fans
• High-touch points
• Doors & frames
• Special attention to build-up in bathrooms
• Furniture vacuuming
• Patio swept and glass railings cleaned
• Spot check walls
• Bed making
We recommend scheduling a deep cleaning once per year to maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness.
