Scheduling & Rescheduling Policy
To help us maintain reliable scheduling and consistent service for all clients, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
​
Appointments changed or cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled cleaning price.
​
A one-time schedule change does not affect your ongoing cleaning plan. Your regular service day and frequency will remain unchanged.

We understand that life happens and will always do our best to accommodate one-off date changes when availability allows. However, alternative dates cannot be guaranteed.

Scheduling Example (Bi-Weekly Cleaning Service):
If your regular cleaning is scheduled for every other Tuesday, and you request to move one visit to a Thursday for a specific week, your service will automatically return to every other Tuesday moving forward.
Flat-Rate Pricing Program
After your initial cleaning, clients enrolled in weekly or bi-weekly recurring cleaning services are placed into our Base Rate Program.

How Our Flat-Rate Pricing Works

All services are quoted as a flat, all-inclusive price per cleaning

Pricing is based on multiple factors, including:

Number of bathrooms

Cleaning frequency

Overall condition of the home

Pets

Other relevant service details

When your home is initially quoted, pricing is provided as a price range based on the information available.

After the first cleaning is completed, a consistent ongoing price is confirmed for future scheduled cleans — assuming there are no changes to the home or service details.
